This is a work horse mic used by every sound engineer to record any type of instruments:brass, percussion, etc.

I use this mic to record string and wind (brass mostly) instruments.  The different patterns make it effective in a variety of spaces depending on whether you want to reject other sounds or include reflections.  Versatile and great sound quality.

The SM57 is a great workhorse mic for recording instruments - it came quickly and in safe packaging. The whole kit with an XLR cable and mic stand is a great deal and is everything you need to get recording into your interface!

This is an exceptional microphone for the kit. In terms of bang for the buck it may be a best value. Good for vocals and instruments. It has been around for awhile. Works well for vocals and recording instruments. Considering the price, every audio kit should have one.

I picked this up along with the Flex5. This is going to be used for my portable electronic instruments & my hurricane emergency batteries kit.

This appears to be of excellent quality. The glass, of course, appears clear and distortion free (as far as I can tell looking at it), but what is also a great feature is the brass frame. Way less likely to get stuck on the end of your lens, as I have experienced with other filters.

Good addition to my kit to keep my lenses dust free.

This came with the kit we purchased, so as a free add on, it really cares for our lenses.
