Brass Scientific Instruments

I own quite a few Pelican cases. I also select Pelican for business use as well. I use them for protecting everything from delicate scientific instruments, cameras and optics to firearms. While there are other good cases on the market, Pelican cases always seem to rise to the top for me when it comes to their security, ruggedness, and available sizes and options to fit the application. I've never had one fail to protect the contents in spite of some pretty rough handling and harsh environments. 5 |

I bought a used Pelican case from someone who previously used it for scientific instruments. I needed it with an interior to hold my camera lenses. This fit perfectly and I was able to modify it to snugly fitting lenses. 5 |

This is a work horse mic used by every sound engineer to record any type of instruments:brass, percussion, etc. 5 |

I use this mic to record string and wind (brass mostly) instruments. The different patterns make it effective in a variety of spaces depending on whether you want to reject other sounds or include reflections. Versatile and great sound quality. 5 |

I tried a very fancy and highly scientific lens cleaner from Edmund Scientific, but it left streaks. In fact, I thought maybe the coating had been removed in places. As a last ditch effort, I bought this and sprayed it on and it turned out that the coating is fine and the lens is now clean. 5 |
