This printer replaced a Brother 3170 CDW which I was very pleased with. It does an excellent job and I have no regrets about the purchase. The only suggestion (thing I don't like) is the necessity of opening the back panel and flipping the tabs down in order to print envelopes....not a major inconvenience, but awkward due to the placing of the printer on my desk. 5 |

Great paper for black and white printing, maybe the best I have tried. Solid, rich blacks and good gradation. Color prints unexpectedly sharp. I need to dial back the saturation a bit on files developed for older papers. Excellent weight paper for larger sizes - and the full range of paper sizes is welcome. Used on Epson 3880 with Ultrachrome K3+ inks. 5 |
