[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this scanner. I like how it is powered off the computer and doesn't need a separate power cable. I also like how it's just ready to go without going through a lot of steps to install software. For example, I had to email my sister a form- I was thinking it would take me 5 minutes to do- but I plugged in the scanner, scanned the 2-sided document in one pass- it went to my desktop, I then emailed it as an attachment- the whole process from grabbing the scanner, to hitting send, took maybe a minute. And the document was perfectly scanned! Not all wonky like taking a pic of both sides with a phone. So this thing is quick, easy, and just works well. Really happy with it! 5 |

I recently moved, and my new office needed a document scanner that could be connected using WiFi instead of USB. Previously, I owned an Epson ES-410 and liked it, but it is USB only. So, I purchased the ES-500W II. I found that this scanner works very well. I believe that one of the keys to using this scanner is a reliable, fast WiFi service. If WiFi lags, the scanner will need to slow down until the WiFi can catch up. I have scanned up to 40 pages at once double-sided and have scanned using various paper weights. The scanner handled documents well and scanned quickly and I really have no complaints. 5 |

This Epson Ds-530II scanner is so light weight and easy to use. Set up/download took less then 15 mins to do. This scanner does not have wifi so it needs to be connected to a computer whenever needing to scan. The top of the scanner flips up and that is where the documents go, the documents need to be face down when scanning . It has to size adjusters on it, one on each side to do different side documents. The bottom has the return tray that the documents go once scanned. The scanner has 5 buttons on the right, power, double feed detection, slow feed, cancel and start. The double feed detection is so nice to have so you are not accidentally scanning the same document twice. To clear a jam on this scanner is super easy to do. You push the light gray button on the top left side of the body and it opens up the scanner. You remove the jam and it will start where it left off. This scanner is also nice because it a duplex feature and automatically scans both sides of a document with out you telling it to. It does not put the blank pages in the scan document. It omits those out on its own. The scanner program in the computer counts the pages as it goes, I double checked 3 batches that I scanned it and they were correct, with the amount of pages I had. After the 1st 3 batches I stopped checking. I feel this scanner is very accurate in getting all documents scanned in. The scanner also does color which is very helpful with some of our documents that you scan in. This scanner is a nice weight and size, when not in use it folds up until it is needed. I love how it can scan my documents in mins and puts them in the downloaded folder for me to rename and move where needed. This scanner has made life alot easier that is forsure. I am very happy with it. “This is a review for the Epson DS-530 II Color Document Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.” 5 |

I had lots of important documents that were in bins that were put away in a closet in case I needed them. I have always been afraid to damage them or lose them. I received the Epson DS-530 II Color Duplex Document Scanner and I love the features that it has. It was so easy to set it up and it came with all the cables needed. I followed the instructions on the guide it came with and I simply turned it on and connected it to the internet and went to Epson's Support site to download the software. Once the software downloaded I scanned the first important document to save it to my desk top folder. I loaded the document facedown, short edge first and I pressed the start button. I was amazed at how fast the documents were scanned and how it scanned both sides. Which is great that it has the duplex capability because you don't need to put the document back in to scan the other side. I also noticed that it scanned in color and it has the double feed detection, slow feed, cancel and start buttons. I'm so happy with the scanner and how it did a great job in scanning all my important documents and saving them to my windows pc. I recommend to anyone who needs to save important documents in on their pc to purchase this wonderful scanner. “This is a review for the Epson DS-530 II Color Document Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.” 5 |

My father passed 30 years ago and had about 2000 slides of Family, Friends, and Events all the way back to the 1940's. I purchased this scanner and gave it to my Brother (who had possession of the slides) for Christmas. He scanned about half of the slides up until when he moved out of the house and then gave it back to me. (along with the remainder of the slides) I finished Dad's slides and then scanned a couple hundred of my own. The Scanner worked flawlessly! It was a bit tough to set up, because I never read the book until I have to. Read the book and install it EXACTLY in the order they say, and you will be fine. I have an older Photo program called PaintShop Pro that I did all the cropping and corrections with after I scanned the slides to Tiffs with the scanner. Bottom line: You get what you pay for, and this is worth the money. Pictures: #1, 1944, my Brother is the baby. #2 1954, I am the baby 5 |

Before I even got my own scanner I used my brother-in-law's perfection v500 and I scanned over 1000 photos. It was fast and the quality was excellent. That is why I decided to buy the same scanner. I am looking forward to scanning all my grandparents negatives and important documents. I would recommend this product to anyone who has a lot of pictures that aren't digital yet. 5 |

I needed to replace a Brother ADS-2000 scanner that I had to retire due to no TWAIN driver for Windows 11. The Canon imageFORMULA R40 has proven to be an excellent replacement, exceeding the Brother in many ways: scan quality, quietness, really improved document feeding. Of particular note is the small document feeding. The Canon's input guides are smooth and easy to adjust, and small receipts feed effortless, without the need for a carrier like the Brother required. The Canon TWAIN drivers meshed very well with FileCenter, my document management app, and I am very happy with this purchase. Kudos to B&H's customer service, my shipment was delayed almost three weeks due to a snow event in my area. During the delivery delay, this scanner went on sale, and B&H credited the difference! Awesome product and awesome customer service! 5 |

The printer is fantastic! I own 2 Brother printers for my business, MFC-J1800DW and my HL-L3300cdw. I love them both! The only issue I have with my HL-L3300cdw is when I try and retrieve my documents, it is very difficult to get my fingers under the document without bowing the document, and I wish there was a way for the document to feed straight out with a catch instead of ending up pointed up with is hard to remove. Design issue? Additionally, every once in a while, there is a repetitive clicking noise that eventually stops. This occurs periodically but continues to occur. Otherwise, I am very pleased with this the HL's performance! 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. This machine is AMAZING!!! Throw away your old scanner. This scanner is from the future. The scanner scans 2 sides of a document at the same time, effortlessly, at the push of a button. You have the option to save the documents as a JPEG file as well as a PDF. You also can choose whether to scan as a grayscale image as well as color. The scanner comes with a wireless SSID that connects your mobile device to the scanner for documents on the go. It literally scans documents and uploads them to your mobile device. The Brother iPrint&Scan app puts you in control whether at home, in office or on the go. You can either upload the documents to your mobile device or save them to a microSD card for later use. It`s lightening fast. Like, seriously fast. I scan documents in as little as 6 seconds. The scanner also has a function that puts it into continuous scan mode for when you`re connected to your desktop or laptop computer. That allows the user to scan large amounts of documents at one time. It`s probably the most versatile document scanner in the world. I`m a huge fan of Brother products. I already have a printer that has scanning capabilities. This scanner has come into my home and has replaced our existing scanner. It seriously performs that well. 5 |
