Brother 9130Cw Does Not Receive Data To Print

Does what it's supposed to with no drama... Replacing an older Brother printer, so all data moved over just fine.

It was received on the day they said we'd receive it. Excellent customer service, looking forward to faster transfer of data!

My brother receive his gift. He loves it! He is a insurances sales and the screen is super helpful when he do the presentation. He also likes to review from two screen for a lot of pictures from different social media and Videos.

I was able to print images on the CD and burn data to them flawlessly.

My problems were in getting the printer setup and printing. Specifically installing the software. I am not new to this having done IT work previously. This is obviously a new machine and that seemed to be the major problem. Plus I was hampered by slow download speeds as I have a satellite connection. First off I couldn't find this printer to load the proper software, it was the second day before I found it. I kept trying to install the software and drivers but the data was not getting to the machine, no drivers were installed. On the 4th morning I went to the support site and got a new front page which took me to the downloads for this printer. Most of this was the same methods I'd been following already but there was a difference at the end because this time all the data transferred to the machine like it was supposed to. This machine prints documents very fast and full page photos only slightly slower. The images are very sharp and clear. The photos print exactly as the original. Now that it is setup I am very pleased with this product. I think Brother specifically provided me with new software that worked. Perhaps I was among the first to try and load this software and the process had a glitch or two. So, Thanks Brother for the assistance.

My Brother ink cartridge provides numerous pages of clearly printing data. It is long lasting and I consider it a great value.

It took a little time to get it set up. The wireless connection was instant. We didn't need to download the app. I can print super quickly from my phone. It also holds a good amount of paper for larger print jobs. We are so incredibly happy with this printer. It has exceeded our expectations for speed and quality.
