Easy to setup. The quality of both the hardware and software is excellent. The printer works flawlessly with our iPhones and our desktop PC. We pretty much do all duplex printing/copying/scanning. Love the single pass duplex ADF scanner, it never jams. The 600 DPI scanner resolution is great. Also the OCR scan gives me the searchable & annotatable PDFs that I need. My previous printer's reversing duplex scanner jammed more often than not. Also, the 600 DPI ADF scanner resolution is a vast improvement over my previous printer's 300 DPI resolution. Some other manufacturers tout their flatbed scanner resolution and don't mention the fact that their ADF scanner resolution is still limited to 300 DPI. 5 |

This is our 3rd Brother printer. We like the features of these printers like double sided printing, duplex scanning, and most of all...new with this one...ink saver feature. We use it on a Mac network. Works great. 5 |

I've used many Brother Printers over the years and have found them to be very functional, hardworking, long lasting units. This printer is no exception. The only negative I have about this printer is that it won't do automatic duplex scanning. You have to duplex scan manually. Other than that, this is a terrific printer. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this printer in several locations in our office. I like the fact that the scanner has an ADF and that there is a fax built-in. Wish it held more paper. Overall completely satisfied. 5 |

I have a dedicated photo printer that doesn't have an ADF and is really not meant for general use so I wanted a less expensive one for those tasks. I tried two other brands and returned them both because they jammed almost immediately and the software was not very good. On the epson, I have scanned 48 pages in one go, and printed up to 48 pages at one time. It handled both tasks beautifully. Unlike the other two, the epson is a solid build. No flimsy plastic and the software is much better than the other two. Highly recommend. 5 |
