Brother All In One Printer Not Receiving Faxes

love the product for its price. I have owned several brother printers/faxes/copies and i have never had any issues. The price is great compared to other products.

2/3 of a stop is a good value for my needs. the full stop was too much and 1/3 not enough at all.

This is an awesome Printer/Machine, as it scans, faxes, copies, uses Bluetooth and is amazing.

We love our new printer...it's easy to use (user-friendly), it scans, faxes, copies and does everything we need for our small office. The ink cartridges are easy to replace and any time I've had an issue, the customer service is super helpful. This is a great quality printer.

Our second Brother printer, would not have anything else !

I love this printer!!! Even though I was sent a free sample to use for this review this printer is FABULOUS!!! The canon MAXIFY mb5420 is a sturdy yet lightweight all-in-one home office printer with the capability to print out pictures as well. It holds lots of paper (2 trays of 250 sheets each), it faxes, scans, copies and prints as well. The automatic document feeder even scans both sides of the paper (if it is two-sided) at the same time which is AWESOME because it saves time, paper and money. As I work from home on a p/t basis a Notary Public this printer is a big plus for me!! Now I can notarize for the public and keep copies for my records as well. Plus being that this printer faxes I am now able to offer faxing (for a modest fee) as well. Assembly was quite simple, just a few things to slip into place and I was off and running! Printing is fast, and the output of my prints and/or copies is very clear and sharp. The best thing about this printer is that it is Wi-Fi capable...which I already have in my home anyway so all I had to do was set it up and by its being wireless I was able to eliminate the use of more wires, usb cables, etc. The Maxify exceeded my expectations because of the capacity of the amount of paper it holds and the fact that it can be hooked up very easily if you have WE-Fi access. But the best feature about this printer is that it can print from compatible Android devices. I use my mobile phone for everything (business as well as personal) so having the ability to print from my mobile phone is EXTREMELY an advantage to me. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this printer to my family, friends and co-workers who do work from home because for the reasonable price paid for this printer you get lots of great features and services in a compact printer.

I have never had a problem with this printer. It does both sides of my papers beautifully. I am impressed. Faxes have always gone through. My only isseu at the moment is the paper stop on the paper tray that stops copies from going on floor broke. I do feel it broke way to easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This HP all in one printer is a solid machine that faxes, copies and scans. It is nice to see that there is still an all in one that is not wireless because to truly have an encrypted fax machine (necessary for insurance, medical and some legal documents and or correspondence) the machine needs to be hard wired. Overall the printer is a sturdy well made machine. It's fast, prints clear concise documents and is easy to set up and even easier to use. I definitely recommend this printer.

This solid printer does it all - Copies, scans, faxes, and prints, all very fast and with an intuitive user interface. Much better than the HP printer that we tried (and took back to the store).

Brother printer needs to use brother ink. I bought another brand ink that did not work.
