Brother Canada Warranty Fixing Printer

Our second Brother printer, would not have anything else !

Brother printer needs to use brother ink. I bought another brand ink that did not work.

This is my second Brother MFC printer and I have been very happy with both (so far on new one)

Great value. For me as an adult male they are excellent for weight, grip & feel. I can easily & steadily hand hold them. I was worried about the 10x being a bit jittery, but it's not for me. The image clarity is very good even toward the edges. At some eye viewing angles there can be a little chromatic fringing of either purple or green on high contrast subjects, such as a white edge or black edge. The warranty inside says Lifetime No Fault protection which is encouraging, but for me in Canada, it also says that I need to return them to B&H, whereas the US residents get to return them to Vanguard. I hope that I don't need any warranty work. They are very tight & solid, but I have dropped binoculars before. The eyecups are the best I've used being solid & not flimsy folding rubber & I love the locking diopter setting!!The cons are: the manual is sparse, though is there much more needed? The carrying case is nice for packed travel but not very useful for use under a jacket, though it connects cleverly to the strap. The strap is nice enough, wide & padded but I am going to get a harness to stop bouncing & movement while walking.Service & shipping from B&H to Canada was excellent. There was a $ rebate which added to the value & I've sent it in & hope that works out. Highly recommended after use & much research.

Their toner is expensive compared to ink but you get so much more from it. End of the day i dont use my printer to print photos and need a reliable full house printer for kids school projects and what have you.

It was packaged extremely securely, but still easy to unpack and physically setup. I liked that the styrofoam didn't get everywhere. Getting connected to the wifi and my laptop was similarly very easy. We went from unpacking to printing in about 7 min. Prints quickly with extremely good quality. I Would definitely recommend this brother model if you’re looking for an at home or small business office printer.
