I have a Brother DTG printer which I purchased with a camera alignment system that has been very unreliable since Day-1. The cable that came with the camera was not long enough to reach a computer, even sitting butted up to the printer. The Brother tech that installed our printer recommended an active extension from Amazon. The camera has not been stable from the beginning, requiring a USB reset between almost every snap. This cable has made all the difference in the world. It has never lost connection or display erroneous images. Brother needs to include this in every Acculine order. 5 |

I bought this AIO Printer after my last Brother AIO Printer stopped printing envelopes. I was skeptical, but based on the reviews this printer gets, i got it. I couldn't be happier! The print quality is amazing. The speed is excellent. The ability to create shortcuts is wonderful. And, overall ease of use is great. Oh, and it prints envelopes flawlessly! 5 |

Their toner is expensive compared to ink but you get so much more from it. End of the day i dont use my printer to print photos and need a reliable full house printer for kids school projects and what have you. 5 |
