Appears to be of high quality and works as described. Used with my Brother MFC -L8900CDW printer. 5 |

I previously had a 9970CDW that was a solid, dependable machine. The MFC-L8900CDW is even better. The lag time on initial page print is less and this model is much quieter than the other one. The interface is easy to use and the quality of prints and scans is good. I've used HP printers in the past, including a smaller all-in-one for an employee, but they seem to suck up toner much faster than this Brother does. The price point is good on this machine for the value. No one likes unexpected high costs of ownership. Pleased with my purchase... wouldn't hesitate to get a Brother printer again for my biz (forensic accountant ... lots of printing & scanning). 5 |

I upgraded my old Brother MFC-9970CDW to the new MFC-L8900CDW this weekend. It was being shipped FedEx and was scheduled to be delivered on Monday, but I called FedEx and was able to pick it up on Saturday. I spend about an hour configuring all the options, installing additional paper trays (1 250-sheet and 1 500-sheet), and testing the printer. It's a big improvement over the MFC-9970CDW, which was a workhorse in our home office. The printer is much quieter than my old one and when compared to other brands. There is a quiet setting that makes it even quieter, but this occurs at the sacrifice of some speed. The fax machine is pretty standard for all faxes. I was able to fax without difficulty using the normal compatibility setting via a Cisco adapter that converts analog to IP for RingCentral. I am very impressed with the L8900CDW's ability to customize scan functions. Perhaps this was present on the 9970CDW and I didn't explore it. I have mine configured with icons to scan to my iMac's desktop, scan to my personal email, scan to my wife's email, or send to a fire department where I'm medical director. Also, the Amazon Dash Replinishment service isn't active. This printer isn't listed as a supported model. I emailed Brother USA and was advised it is too new to be listed and will be listed soon. Overall, this is a great printer. One of the best multi-function machines you could buy. I highly recommend it! 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. Working in a small office of 10 in the real estate industry, there has always been a need for a multi-functional, multi-dimensional, and multi-faceted "smart" printer to meet the ever increasingly printing demands of our office, agents, and industry. Ever mindful of our day-to-day office "costs", we were offered the opportunity to try out the BROTHER MFC-L8900CDW All-in-One Printer with enough functions, options, and features that we thought might solve all of our needs both collectively as an office group and our individual day-to-day requirements as well. Well, the BROTHER MFC-L8900CDW did not disappoint. While it did take a full 10 days to fully understand and appreciate what the MFC-L8900CDW was capable of doing (too many things to list here), everyone is finally getting the hang-of-things. Even some of the older "techno-phobes" in the office are slowly embracing the new technology. After the two week demo period, we have decided to keep our new BROTHER printer as it has been voted on and agreed to, that the MFC-L8900CDW is the best printer to meet both our printing demands of today, and of those of the future. 5 |

I have had wonderful success with Brother printers. I recently purchased a Brother MFC L8900CDW to replace a Brother MFC 9840CDW that I purchased in December 2010. The older printer kept chugging along, but I replaced it because the 9840's software no longer was compatible with Windows 11 and MacOS Sonoma 14.0. I was thrilled with the 9840's performance, and if the L8900CDW is as good, it probably will outlast me. 5 |

I went from an Ink jet to a MFC-L8900CDW, it has taken some time to get use too, an using the right paper for printing and some Photos that I do... Also getting use to the software take time... But things are coming along. Like all thing NEW it takes time. I like the way it prints and scans, Pictures are clear, but are not as glossy as an Ink jet. Love how much paper it holds, Not filling the machine every other day. Have not used the Fax yet. Most people don't no they need to use the right paper. I tried the cell phone App. that works neat... As time go on I expect things to go better and better. In comparison to the Ink jet. No more Ink that leeks or needs to dry.. this is a plus. One thing I'm not crazy about is the Center paper tray and printing from there for envelops .. I found it best to download all the Instructions on the unit, as you may need to do something step by step until you get use to the printer. Its got a lot of things that you can do.. 5 |

The Elite Point Driver is great for framing my photos. The depth adjustment knob on the back of the driver makes for perfect point depth set. 5 |
