Brother Laser Jet Printer Printing Half Page Vertically

After much agonizing over types, styles, prices and brand names I arrived at what would be best for my situation... instead of ink jet or mega tank the laser printer won. Now ...what kind? I chose Brother and Im thrilled at the outcome. I dont print much anymore but when I do its going to be something essential . The laser is ready , boots up smoothly, prints quickly and the page is sharp and clear. I did have a slight problem in setup., which was downloaded from the Brother site. It asked for some number that was supposedly on the printer somewhere.....it was not. So I kept looking and found another Brother site for setup and this one worked beautifully. Ot only took a minute or so and it was ready to rock. Since then Ive printed several pages for both written word and artist reditions of animals to use for hobby work and all came out perfectly. I even like the size.of the printer which has a footprint about the same dimensions as my old ink jet., but with a distinctive more compact style. And for the price I paid.....I'm super impressed.

Had a Brother printer was laser jet before and loved it. Don't print as much as I used to so I bought an HP Inkjet. Never will I buy a HP printer again. This Brother printer was a piece of cake to set up and so far has worked flawlessly.

I purchased this printer to replace an old Brother laser jet. Since my old Epson scanner was no longer compatible with the current OS, I liked that this printer had the ability to scan as well. Setup was super-easy out of the box. I'm in a Mac environment, and I had no problem whatsoever getting it up and running. The printer is much faster than my old one - faster to warm up and to print. Quality is great, although the color is a bit dark and off. I'm sure I can adjust this, but haven't looked into it yet. The scanner works great, but be aware that you must sign up for an HP account in order to be able to scan. Overall, no regrets with this purchase. It serves its purpose and meets my needs.

I am starting a proofreading job shortly which means I that I will be printing hundreds of sheets of paper per month. Because laser jet printers are much less expensive to use to print with than ink jet printers, I was looking for a reliable, inexpensive laser jet that would print quickly. I was amazed and thrilled that I found this HP LaserJet Pro M15w at an incredibly reasonable price point. It was easy for me to set up, wireless no less! and so far it's worked out great for me. I don't need all the bells and whistles, such as color printing, scanning and faxing, because I have my ink jet printer that has all the above features. This printer just prints in black ink and is quicker than my ink jet printer (also an HP). It was the perfect solution for me.

I have had the laser jet printer for some time and always used HP toner. It does wonderful work and the printing is really clear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m the owner of a small sword fighting/ martial arts school. We do a fair amount of printing for promotions. A good color printer is essential to our success. For the last ten years we have used a HP Color Laser Jet CP1518ni. It has been an excellent partner in our endeavors. The best suitable upgrade appears to be the new HP Laser Jet Pro 4201dn. It’s full color capability and high speed printing (@ 35PPM) it is exactly what we need. Installation was as easy as plugging in the USB cord and performing the guided setup on the 2.7” screen by running through a few menus. The one challenge presented was that the scroll button/knob doesn’t seem secure and sturdy. The best feature of this printer for me is that the toner cartridges are reasonably priced and produce thousands of copies per cartridge. This printer is one of the best values out there today. I’m looking forward to many years of service.

Works great in my Brother laser printer. Excellent printing, and it lasts a very long time.
