[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Brother P-Touch 1/2” tape for label maker is the best! Very durable and versatile to stick on most any surfaces. This is easy to install. The detail and precision of this tape is awesome. Will definitely purchase more for our label maker. 5 |

I had an earlier Brother P-touch Cube printer, and liked it. But this one is so much better. The printing is so fast, the resolution is so high. I also like that it's USB C rather than micro-USB, and that it doesn't need print drivers in Mac OS. I thought the ability to use 36mm labels would be its best feature but honestly, I rarely need those. 5 |

I have owned a Brother P-touch label printer for many years. The machine has given impeccable service and is my go-to device. Recently I bought myself a new P-touch Cube Plus. Not because there was anything wrong with the old one, but for my son's residence. Being able to compose labels on my phone is a huge plus. The keyboard on the old device is limited. While I mastered it over the years, the convenience of using my phone is head and shoulders above. Removing the backing to expose the adhesive is better in the new system. Instead of needing to fumble with the edge of the tape, just bending it along its length is much easier and nicer. One oddity that I do not understand is why, when printing a label, the machine cuts off a blank piece of label material about 1/2 inch long. That seems unnecessary and wasteful to me. And the UI for composing labels on my phone could use some improvement. It is a trifle clunky to my taste. 5 |

Compact wireless battery powered label printer uses brother P touch tapes requires input from phone tablet or computer. I like it once I understood the options in the software (iPhone) 5 |

I bought this as a replacement for an old Brother P-Touch I had for years. I am very impressed with this printer. I've used it with Windows, Mac, my iPhone and my iPad and all work great. I bought this as a kit that included a case, the rechargeable battery, the printer, and two label cartridges. I'm very happy with the flexibility this provides. I've printed barcodes, graphic images, text, you name it. I would definitely buy this again. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. This label printer is so easy to use. There was no assembly required for it and everything I needed to do to set up my new P-touch CUBE was listed in easy to follow directions. There are plenty of options for fonts and symbols to make terrific labels for anything. Very high quality printing and the cartridges for the ink and label tape are easy to change out. I really like the fact that the ink and tape are in a cartridge together, which makes changing to a different color ink or tape super fast and easy. Being able to print these from my phone is also very helpful/ I can stand in the pantry and make the labels that I need without running back and forth to the computer. I really like this printer CUBE from Brother! It is so portable being small, light weight and can either be plugged in or used with batteries. This product exceeded my expectations!! 5 |

I use this printer primarily for creating asset tags that have our company logo on them. It was important to be able to connect and print from a computer to this printer. It connects through USB only. I currently us the P-Touch Editor version 5.0.120. I used to use a Brother PT-2730. The PT-2730 has a keyboard that I never used, I always used the computer software, even for a simple one line label. The PT-P700 interfaces perfectly with this software. I have not used the on-board lite version of the P-Touch editor software, so I can't comment on that. The printer will accept a variety of TZe size tapes from 6mm to 24mm making it very versatile. It's quick and quiet. My only gripe, and this is with any Brother label printer is the amount of tape it must waste before printing. Before each job, about an inch of tape is ejected from the labeler before printing the submitted job. One way I've found to minimize the lead tape problem is to print multiple copies of the same label, or, set up a label as a template, then use the database feature to print multiple labels in a particular sequence. You still get the initial wasted piece, but, subsequent labels print one after another with no waste. Obviously this isn't enough to keep me from using the product, but, I have to wonder how many potential cartridges worth of tape have been ejected needlessly before each print job? I would recommend this printer to anyone who wants an easy-to-use, extremely portable label printer that is controlled solely from a computer. There is no keypad on this unit. The unit will run on 6-AA batteries and comes with an AC adapter. I believe it came with a CD-ROM containing software and drivers, but, I always go to the MFG website and download the latest drivers. 5 |

I have gone through one 1/2" label cartridge, and the printer has worked fine. The main criticism of the system is the wasted tape at the beginning of each label run. I can see that this is necessary because of how the tape is layered with the tape, print and lamination, so I don't mind that so much. I would encourage anyone purchasing the printer to download the free, full featured software (P-Touch editor), rather than using the quickie, autoloading program. With P-Touch editor, the tape wasted at the beginning of the label run is less, and you can string as many labels as you want together, eliminating more waste, up to the limit of the tape on the cartridge. 5 |
