Brother Printer Cannot Print Black Ink

This ink works just as expected, and without it, my printer won’t print anything not even in black-and-white.

Black is fine. If l put document on cell to print because l CANNOT GET YELLOW AND BLUE I page comes out pink and black rather than just black. Not good!!!!!

I have had my Brother printer for about 5 years now and have been very pleased with it's performance. I print frequently and it has served the purpose very well. The toner cartridges last much longer than the ink I was using in my previous ink jet printer. I am just now receiving a notification to replace the black drum, which I think is pretty good for 5 years of use. I would recommend this printer and look forward to using it for many more years.

Brother printer needs to use brother ink. I bought another brand ink that did not work.

Its black. It fits in my printer. When I print my photos, they look nice. Its ink.

I like that my color printer Canon MX870 uses two black cartridges including this one because I mainly print black and white. It is a very good quality ink. Replacing the ink is very easy.

There is plenty of black ink available for my home printer. We print many documents for school, home or work use.

I have an everyday printer, the Epson Workforce WF-7110. I'm not using it to print photos, but it can be used for that also. Therefore the prints that I get on 8.5 by 11 paper are reliable and clear provided the printing heads are clean. The enlarged black ink cartridge is a convenience providing an advantage that I don't have to replace the black ink cartridge as frequently as with a smaller cartridge.

Upon opening the box, the contents were neatly placed and all items were present. The printer was light enough that you could handle it with one hand if necessary. The instructions for setup were clear and easy to understand. There were diagrams that were very helpful as well. Set up didn’t take long at all. There is a 2 piece power cord that charges the battery while the printer is in use. There is a software installation CD included, but it was not necessary for me. Ink cartridge installation was easy. There are both black and color ink cartridges included. The printer is very compact – a bit smaller than a gaming console. Wi-Fi setup to my home network was simple as well. A network scan for the name, entered the password and was I ready to print. There is a mobile printing feature that allows you to print from your mobile device. This is a very good feature since I do a lot of business on my phone and sometimes need to print things. Initial printing was done from an iPhone. I also printed items from an android device, as well as my Windows computer. The printer shows up as long as connected to the same network. Printing times were the same. Text documents printed very quickly using black ink. When printing the same text document using color ink, it took slightly more time, but still relatively quick. When printing photos, it took about a minute, but that is to be expected and is understandable. Although I didn’t print a black and white photo, I would assume that it would take less time than color. When using battery power, after about 2 minutes of inactivity, the printer goes into sleep mode and after a total of about 5 minutes, it shuts off to preserve the battery. It’s small and portable, which is good for travel, if needed. All in all, this is a very nice printer to have. The P7570 is an awesome printer! I have had it for about a week now. Set up is a breeze --- once you get the monster in the house. I have been using the Stylus Pro 3880 for a few years and needed to start printing bigger. I do not use a lab, so the P7570 was the next logical step up for me. Touch screen is very easy to navigate. The quality of the prints is exceptional. Deep blacks and amazing detail. Print times are pretty amazing considering the detail laid down. The 16x 48 print in the attached picture took about 17 minutes (max quality / finest detail). Looks like the initialization process chewed up about 60-70% of the 110ml inks that the printer comes with. I print mostly black & white, so I had ordered some back-up black and gray inks. You may want to incorporate a few more ink cartridges into the initial cost of the printer. Note: I have printed a 50-foot roll so far and still have a good amount of the initial inks left, so there is enough ink that comes with the printer to get a fair number of large prints done. The viewing window is amazing -- Just pull up a chair, grab a cup of coffee and watch the magic happen. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the printer and would highly recommend this printer to those looking for top quality prints.
