I've had this printer for over 6 months and am very happy I ordered it over an inkjet for use in small home business. It works great—fast, high quality printing, simple to setup, and easy to "air print" from our phones, iMacs, and laptop—but even beyond that, I'm thrilled with Brother for their exceptional customer service. When I used the wrong paper and damaged the fuser, they replaced the under-warranty printer at no cost to me. It was an easy process, and the result is a very happy customer. Because of that, I added a Brother Inkjet printer for my wife for general home use and photo printing, and it works great, too. Granted, exceptional customer service isn't always something that compels you to buy a product—but it's a huge difference maker if you ever actually have a problem. 5 |
