I sleep with these on listening to deep sleep recordings. It says only 6 hours per charge but they were still at a 60% charge after a full 8 hours!These things are extremely comfortable with very good sound that will go louder than I can handle with zero distortion.As for distance, I left my phone in my upstairs office and went to the back of the house to drag the garbage to thew curb without missing a note.These headphones surpass every single claim made by the manufacturer! 5 |

I've spent around 30 hours with the OP-Z and I've had a tremendous amount of fun. While I bought the bundle, I have yet to use the lab module. I do like the rumble module much more than I thought I would. It feels a little gimmicky at first, but I find myself missing it when I turn it off to save battery (the module seems to drain the battery pretty quickly). The one and only negative is the fact the the battery arrived completely dead. It must have been sitting on the shelf for so long that the Li-Ion battery went into a deep sleep mode and it refused to charge. I followed the instructions to revive the battery on the Teenage Engineering site, but had no luck. Finally, I found a Reddit post suggesting a "jumpstarting" technique that required me to strip a USB cable down the the bare wires and hold the wires to the battery contacts for a few seconds. This sounded a little nuts, but I gave it a shot and sure enough the battery was once again capable of charging. The battery issue appears to be relatively common.
