Brother Printer Duplex Paper Jam

This is our 3rd Brother printer. We like the features of these printers like double sided printing, duplex scanning, and most of all...new with this one...ink saver feature. We use it on a Mac network. Works great.

I've used many Brother Printers over the years and have found them to be very functional, hardworking, long lasting units. This printer is no exception. The only negative I have about this printer is that it won't do automatic duplex scanning. You have to duplex scan manually. Other than that, this is a terrific printer.

I really like this paper, it works well with my printer. The paper doesn't jam and brings quality to the photos.

What can I say this printer is a beast. Weighing in at 90 pounds. The duplex feature is a time saver and a paper saver I love the rich color that it produces. It's not the fastest printer i've used, but it's fast enough I highly recommended for any small office it's got expandable capacity with an extra paper tray to allow for multiple paper sizes being ready on demand - love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was purchased to replace a previous LaserJet printer, which was very slow and lacked a lot of features. This printer is a work horse of a printer capable of supporting a smaller workgroup of folks. It has Ethernet connectivity and USB support. Wireless is available on the 4201dnw but if your using Ethernet there is a pretty good chance you already have wireless in the location its being used so to me that was money saved. The duplex printing is also a nice feature to help save money on paper and the environment. Setup of the printer was straight forward, unbox, pull of shipping tape, add paper, plug in ethernet cable, and plug into wall. Windows 11 picked up printer with no drivers or anything having to be done. Used printer-based controls to get the IP address of unit and connected and configure it the rest of the way from the built in management webpage, which i included a picture of in this review. Printer is very fast, even in duplex mode. Colors are bright and vivid and another great thing about this printer compared to most is that there is no ink that will be drying up and unavailable when you need color like there is when you use an inkjet printer. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase of this printer and it has been a welcome addition to my tech stack.

This is a great laser printer. I love the duplex printing it saves paper. The ink colors on lasers has improved and looks as good as ink dot printers. A good value for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a serious paper jam in my HP Laser jet Pro M227. Printer Display and App "manage your device" kept telling me to remove the Laser Cartridge and clear jam from the top. But, I could not grab enough of the paper to free it. When I went to the tech support chat I learned about the door on the back of the printer. That was not obvious but it allowed me to clear the jam. Also this saved me a trip of lugging my printer to the computer store . Thank you !!

Very happy with this printer, prints really fast. Had a paper jam and ribbon break that I caused by improper installation when I was changing out the roll after running out at an event but was able to was easily fix in under a minute with some cello tape and scissors (which you should always keep with the printer for emergencies.) Printer is very heavy duty and looks like it will last for a while.

I make cards and calendars for my family and this paper is excellent for both. It does not jam my printer and the pictures and text come out perfect.

We use this paper to print photographs for clients. Good color and contrast. Does not jam in the printer.
