GREAT AIO MULTI-FUNCTION PRODUCT BY BROTHER. I purchased this product for occasional home use. It being a laser AIO printer/copier/scanner/fax, one big advantage is the AIO uses dry toner (ink) which last much, much longer than typical ink type machines. Moreover, quality and multiple various features, along with the company name of Brother, is a win-win. Also own a business fax machine by Brother, and it has functioned flawlessly, unlike other brands. 5 |

I bought this printer to replace my old Brother printer (still working but wanted the wireless feature). I couldn't be happier with this product. By the way, I also have a Brother 6 color embroidery machine, and a Brother Scan and Cut. I rely on the Brother embroidery machine for average 8-10 hours a day and really need to upgrade to a 9-11 color. BUT, my 6 color just keeps rocking on, and on, and on. 5 |

As a small business we work our equipment hard. We have a hard-working Brother 8440 copier/scanner/printer purchased in 2005. Supplies and parts are still available. The Model 8360 color laser printer is right in line with the top level quality Brother has shown. Toner usage appears to be dramatically more economical than other brands. The quality is as expected from more expensive printers. 5 |
