The printer makes excellent copies. The only problem is the bottom of the printer where you load the paper. It get jammed too easily. 5 |

I tried all the stores in my area to find a photo paper that went through my printer- all of them jammed Until B & H recommended the solution, a lighter weight that no one else sold! And they delivered it to me in a day so I could print the pictures for my presentation that day! It made the deadline and the difference. Color is beautiful and my printer does not jam! This printer is the best I've ever used. It has never jammed on me and I really like the fact that I can print documents either letter or legal without making adjustments. The print is very clear and sharp both in black and color. Trays hold good amount of paper. 5 |
