Brother Printer Keeps Jamming

Our second Brother printer, would not have anything else !

Brother printer needs to use brother ink. I bought another brand ink that did not work.

This is my second Brother MFC printer and I have been very happy with both (so far on new one)

My original printer was disappointing, it kept jamming and the issue was getting worse and worse until nothing would come out of the printer after two days. I contacted the EPSON support and received an answer within 24 hours. After a few exchanges by email they sent instructions to return the defective item and sent me a new one. Now I am happy about both the printer and the EPSON customer service.

I don’t know why this printer has so many bad reviews, it works great and I never had any problems with paper jamming. I think people are putting way too many pages at the same time. The printing quality is awesome too.

This is my first large format printer but, I Love it! I had an issue with the paper jamming also until I realized that it was my fault. Note: once you put the roll paper on the spool you have lock BOTH sides of the spool. The printing looks great, better than I expected and I love that it automatically cuts the paper when finished. I find it to be just a bit slow, but quiet.

Sheets are cut precisely, so they proceed through my Epson printer without any jamming. I tried trimming larger papers into 4-by-6 sizes, and encountered occasional improper feeding. Colors from fall nature scenes sparkle and pop. A great combination! B&H prices were extremely competitive.

This printer has done everything I need it to do absolutely flawlessly - I've not had difficulty with misfeeds, jamming, etc. Everything about this is fantastic - and because it's a laser, I don't have to worry about the ink drying! (being in a very arid state, this is HUGE)

I have really liked the brother printer.. it's reliable and the quality is always prime!!
