[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a serious paper jam in my HP Laser jet Pro M227. Printer Display and App "manage your device" kept telling me to remove the Laser Cartridge and clear jam from the top. But, I could not grab enough of the paper to free it. When I went to the tech support chat I learned about the door on the back of the printer. That was not obvious but it allowed me to clear the jam. Also this saved me a trip of lugging my printer to the computer store . Thank you !! 5 |

Very happy with this printer, prints really fast. Had a paper jam and ribbon break that I caused by improper installation when I was changing out the roll after running out at an event but was able to was easily fix in under a minute with some cello tape and scissors (which you should always keep with the printer for emergencies.) Printer is very heavy duty and looks like it will last for a while. 5 |

I make cards and calendars for my family and this paper is excellent for both. It does not jam my printer and the pictures and text come out perfect. 5 |
