I have used two other similar business class Brother printers in my business since 2003 and they are still great functioning machines that serve me well. As a small business we work our equipment hard. We have a hard-working Brother 8440 copier/scanner/printer purchased in 2005. Supplies and parts are still available. The Model 8360 color laser printer is right in line with the top level quality Brother has shown. Toner usage appears to be dramatically more economical than other brands. The quality is as expected from more expensive printers. 5 |

Bought this printer for business use. Tired of having to mess around to get an inkjet to work for printing letters, mailings, etc... Have had other Brother printers and of those 3, only 1 gave me any issue. This makes my 4th Brother and it is in the catagory of no issues and works great !! Love the envelope printing, the paper drawer could be a little bigger to hold a whole ream, but otherwise it works and does so with little effort from the user. 5 |

The printer is fantastic! I own 2 Brother printers for my business, MFC-J1800DW and my HL-L3300cdw. I love them both! The only issue I have with my HL-L3300cdw is when I try and retrieve my documents, it is very difficult to get my fingers under the document without bowing the document, and I wish there was a way for the document to feed straight out with a catch instead of ending up pointed up with is hard to remove. Design issue? Additionally, every once in a while, there is a repetitive clicking noise that eventually stops. This occurs periodically but continues to occur. Otherwise, I am very pleased with this the HL's performance! 5 |
