Brother Printer Support Photos

I have gotten approximately 5,000 copies on this black cartridge. Brother is giving the consumer a cartridge that has a long life and ink dries so that water drops do not smear. Brother's support for my MFCJ6555DW printer has been outstanding even after I broke the MP tray assembly. It is rare to see a company support a home customer with such versatile printer. As a professional orchestra musician this is the ONLY printer that allows me to scan, enlarge or print sheet music parts for Organ, Cello and Contrabass on ledger size paper. This is by far the BEST PRINTER. I will never but another HP, Canon or other printers,

My problems were in getting the printer setup and printing. Specifically installing the software. I am not new to this having done IT work previously. This is obviously a new machine and that seemed to be the major problem. Plus I was hampered by slow download speeds as I have a satellite connection. First off I couldn't find this printer to load the proper software, it was the second day before I found it. I kept trying to install the software and drivers but the data was not getting to the machine, no drivers were installed. On the 4th morning I went to the support site and got a new front page which took me to the downloads for this printer. Most of this was the same methods I'd been following already but there was a difference at the end because this time all the data transferred to the machine like it was supposed to. This machine prints documents very fast and full page photos only slightly slower. The images are very sharp and clear. The photos print exactly as the original. Now that it is setup I am very pleased with this product. I think Brother specifically provided me with new software that worked. Perhaps I was among the first to try and load this software and the process had a glitch or two. So, Thanks Brother for the assistance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I’ve been using my brother printer for a litter over a year now and I recently got some new toner cartridges. The 229xl pairs with my printer and I got the color magenta it’s like a pink like color. I loved that the directions are printed on the side of the box with photos of that it shows you exactly how to do it. There’s really no way of messing it up this color added with my other toners and my printer, print beautiful flawless photos. These printers take four different colors, including black. It makes it so much easier on us that they have the directions on the side and that it’s pictures. It took a lot of guest work out. I didn’t have to Google it. I didn’t have to look it up. I installed it perfect the first time. I highly recommend this ink toner and brother products always never fail and they give out a great flawless photo. Very impressed 

Brother printer needs to use brother ink. I bought another brand ink that did not work.

This is my second Brother MFC printer and I have been very happy with both (so far on new one)

Hi. The only complaint I have is not with the ink but with my HP printer. I cannot get it to print borderless photos. If I would of known it does not support borderless I would not have bought it. I thought all printers did.
