Brother Printer Will Not Find Wireless Network

Was able to connect Multifunction Printer to wireless network.

These cartridges are for a printer used by 5 users (plus houseguests) on our wireless network.

Purchased Brother HLL2480DW Wireless Black and White Laser Printer after with have an HP printer for a long time. What a difference! Easy set up and troubleshooting, quick printing and print quality.

I had an 8-year old Brother printer that had bad connectivity issues in my home mesh WiFi environment. Then the time came that I had to replace all four toners, so instead I spent SIGNIFICANTLY less $$ to purchase this new machine complete with 6-months worth of toner (very light home office use; more scanning than printing). With this Canon I get modern WiFi to connect to our network. Everyone in the house can easily print from MacBooks, iPads & iPhones via WiFi. The Brother just couldn't find or stay connected to our network. Even plugging into the ethernet didn't solve that so the old printer could only be used w/ a USB cable. There are NONE of those issues with the Canon. Worked right out of the box like I expect from new tech. I'm impressed with the scanning software, too. Better than the Brother app, but YMMV So far very happy with this purchase. 5-stars. And as always, B&H makes tech buying simple. Plus next-day delivery over 100-miles from NYC. Flawless!! Great! This is my second Brother colour laser printer. It is easy to use, toner is easy to find and I never have problems with it.

I have had a Brother label printer for the past 8 years and have loved it. I got a new one and again love it. It's easy to install and easy to use. My next one I would love for it to be wireless. That would make it perfect.

I bought this printer to replace my old Brother printer (still working but wanted the wireless feature). I couldn't be happier with this product. By the way, I also have a Brother 6 color embroidery machine, and a Brother Scan and Cut. I rely on the Brother embroidery machine for average 8-10 hours a day and really need to upgrade to a 9-11 color. BUT, my 6 color just keeps rocking on, and on, and on.

The print quality is amazing, and I'm impressed by its speed - it churns out documents in seconds. What's more, the toner efficiency is remarkable, meaning I won't have to replace cartridges as often as with my previous printer. The only downside was the initial connectivity. It took a while to get this process right. Although I typically breeze through setting up new electronics, I may have overlooked a simple step in this case. Once I figured it out, though, it was smooth sailing. Overall, it's an excellent printer!
