Brother Printers With Fax To Email

GREAT AIO MULTI-FUNCTION PRODUCT BY BROTHER. I purchased this product for occasional home use. It being a laser AIO printer/copier/scanner/fax, one big advantage is the AIO uses dry toner (ink) which last much, much longer than typical ink type machines. Moreover, quality and multiple various features, along with the company name of Brother, is a win-win. Also own a business fax machine by Brother, and it has functioned flawlessly, unlike other brands.

I don't use the fax portion but it is nice to have in a pinch. My favorite feature is the scan to email function. This does not require a computer or tablet. The printer scans and sends out the email by itself. The setup for the email is a little cumbersome but there are some great videos out there that show you step by step. The colors and text of the print are very good. I like the speed and it starts up and shuts down pretty fast. I would buy this printer for a small office or home business.

Our B615 office system is great. Copier, fax, and email all in one machine. Easy to use and very fast.

My Brother Printers (I have two) are the best printers I've ever owned. The best price and service for the supplies for these printer is from B&H Photo and Pro Audio. Not exactly what you would expect. I've learned it is always wise if purchasing any computer, music or video equipment or supplies to check B&H.

We have 4 ACTIVE Brother Printers as well as 3 prior units. Wouldn't consider any other brand. Quality is always BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. Not a single one of our 7 Brother printers -- and they run the gamut from inexpensive to top of the line -- has failed us for any reason through these past many years. Expendables are reasonably priced, readily available and shipped quickly; moreover, and unlike competitors, generic inks are both compatible and available when immediate needs must be met. Because our MANY Brother products are superbly designed, we have Never had the need to contact customer support. So, while I cannot speak to support, I can attest to the fantastic quality not just of our printers, but also our sewing machines, sergers, and other Brand items in our household and business operations. In a word for Brother Products "OUTSTANDING!"

I’ve had lots of printers over the years and the Brother laser printers I’ve had are the best. I just upgraded my brother laser to get the AirPrint feature, I had my last one for 12 years and it still works. I sure love the new model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love Brother brand, they make the best printers and scanners. My work uses all Brother printers. This scanner is just magnificent, super easy to set up, took me less than 2 minutes to do. I connected mine to wifi and was able to print it without any issues, prints comes out in high quality and straight, settings are easy to navigate thanks to touchscreen and it has all of the options you need. Scan to server, scan to SMP, scan to email, and etc., You can control the settings through the scanner itself, through app or a brother software utility on your PC. It does come with all the cables that you need to get it to work without wifi but my suggestion would be if you buying this, use the wifi, you can scan it anywhere. Set up a printer, download the brother full package software, install it and bam you have a wonderful scanner. Highly recommend it for businesses and even just for everyday home use. Definitely worth a price

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.My business uses multiple all-in-one print/copy/scan/fax machines on a daily basis so I was very excited to have the opportunity to try this product.Pros- This machine is much quicker than any I have used in the past. The rate at which it produces copies far exceeded my expectations. Making double sided copies from two separate pages and copying double sided forms is such a breeze with this model. It's also extremely quiet compared to any other similar printers we've had in the past. The setup was very easy but I've only had about ten days to use it so I'm still learning all of its capabilities. Cons- The machine itself is quite large and very heavy. (We have it in its permanent location now so the weight of it shouldn't be a factor in the future). The quality of the printing isn't as sharp or crisp as with other printers we use currently. We still send old school faxes on a daily basis and this machine doesn't seem to have an option to print a confirmation after a fax has been sent. It's a minor detail that wouldn't keep me from purchasing it but it would be a beneficial option for our office.Also, the keypad is extremely sensitive, it types in things you are not touching and sometimes takes multiple taps to register a number. I looked into the toner cartridge price and it appears to be around $100, a little steep, but it only does black to I think it might be a savings in the long run over our color printers. Overall, I am thrilled with the product. The speed and quietness are far beyond what I expected! We love it!
