I've used a regular CD/DVD Burner since February 2010. It's done everything I've asked it to, but this Blu-ray Burner is faster, quieter, and allows me to catalog important files without relying on finicky external hard drives. 5 |

It was very hard to find a CD/DVD external burner for my MacBook 12 laptop. It tried several but all needed extra external power even though I used the Apple adapter. The Apple USB SuperDrive works just great. Problem solved. 5 |

This is the first duplicator that I used and it worked flawlessly. The only thing I'd recommend is using the discs that the Microboards recommends, Taiyo Yuden. I used Verbatim CD-Rs and while I didn't get bad burns, the duplicator didn't like them when I used the test and copy feature. I was able to try them in the burner again and was able to get a successful burn.I was skeptical about getting a DVD/CD burner burner because I couldn't find many reviews about them. Since I've used B&H for years I felt confident buying this duplicator.Also, while this tower has five DVD drives in it there is room for two more. This provides excellent upgrading potential. 5 |
