The printer is fantastic! I own 2 Brother printers for my business, MFC-J1800DW and my HL-L3300cdw. I love them both! The only issue I have with my HL-L3300cdw is when I try and retrieve my documents, it is very difficult to get my fingers under the document without bowing the document, and I wish there was a way for the document to feed straight out with a catch instead of ending up pointed up with is hard to remove. Design issue? Additionally, every once in a while, there is a repetitive clicking noise that eventually stops. This occurs periodically but continues to occur. Otherwise, I am very pleased with this the HL's performance!

Purchased Brother HLL2480DW Wireless Black and White Laser Printer after with have an HP printer for a long time. What a difference! Easy set up and troubleshooting, quick printing and print quality.

I received the Epson WorkForce ES-500W II Wireless Duplex Desktop Document Scanner, seems to be very good quality, well made. It is easy to set up, just plug it in, power on, than go to the Epson website to download the needed software, and it’s ready to go. It is also small and compact so it doesn't take up a lot of space. It scans front and back at the same time and can do up to 35 pages a minute. It has a 50-sheet auto document feeder. The duplex capability, scanning both sides of the page and then it pops up on the screen, allowing you to then choose where you want to save it ( word, excel, or as a document on your PC is an excellent feature. Since I work from home for an agency, there are some things that I have to scan and get out to clients. It's sometimes a hassle to do that on my all-in-one printer, so having a separate document scanner helps. The WorkForce ES-500W II Wireless Duplex Desktop Document Scanner is convenient, quick, and was so easy to set up. I had it scanning in less than 5 minutes. The WiFi setup still isn't completed because there is an issue with communication between my computer & the Document Scanner since my computer is hardwired. But that's a network issue, not a WorkForce ES-500W II Wireless Duplex Desktop Document Scanner issue. I love that it's not bulky so it does not take up much space at all. The document feeder closes down so that you can keep dust or debris out of the feeder and keep your scanner running nice. I tried it out scanning some household papers that I wanted to get out of my file box and did so quickly without having to scan both sides of each separately. I have had a Brother label printer for the past 8 years and have loved it. I got a new one and again love it. It's easy to install and easy to use. My next one I would love for it to be wireless. That would make it perfect.

I bought this printer to replace my old Brother printer (still working but wanted the wireless feature). I couldn't be happier with this product. By the way, I also have a Brother 6 color embroidery machine, and a Brother Scan and Cut. I rely on the Brother embroidery machine for average 8-10 hours a day and really need to upgrade to a 9-11 color. BUT, my 6 color just keeps rocking on, and on, and on.

The print quality is amazing, and I'm impressed by its speed - it churns out documents in seconds. What's more, the toner efficiency is remarkable, meaning I won't have to replace cartridges as often as with my previous printer. The only downside was the initial connectivity. It took a while to get this process right. Although I typically breeze through setting up new electronics, I may have overlooked a simple step in this case. Once I figured it out, though, it was smooth sailing. Overall, it's an excellent printer!
