Purchased Brother HLL2480DW Wireless Black and White Laser Printer after with have an HP printer for a long time. What a difference! Easy set up and troubleshooting, quick printing and print quality.

The new PIXMA TS9520 was a replacement for our PIXMA TS990 model that had ended its useful life. I chose it because it will print 11x17-inch photos in the brilliant colors that I'm used to with Canon. It was easy to install by following the startup guide, and I chose the USB connection rather than the wireless feature. Some reviews complained about having to open the control panel when initiating print jobs, but this is only a minor inconvenience since the control panel and paper output tray contracts into a flat attractive face when the printer will not be used for a while. Color photo print quality is excellent, and if this is what you're looking for in an all-in-one printer then you should choose this model, since it is good quality for the money.

Received shipment of printer in excellent condition. Unboxing the printer equally secure. Making sure all parts are in the box, I proceeded to the quick guide to start up. Here’s where the smoothness begins. Wireless connectivity was quick. Getting directions for start up also friendly. For the average Joe, setup is completed extremely fast. All ink cartridges smoothly slid into place and production begins. Control panel assists with printing of all phases of the printing. The Apps use on the panel leads to templates for forms and calendars. I encourage you to take in all the control panel offers. If you want, download the owners manual for easy reading. All functions of the control panel make for a crisp copy. My one dismay is that printing a document on both sides, one side had a horizontal smear which seemed to come from some roller tabs that feed the paper back in. Hopefully, being brand new might be a glitch but we will see many pages to come. Along with my HP smart app that comes with the printer, scanning, printing and copying followed the smoothness glide. Looking forward to printing photos with Quality photo paper. I believe that this printer will be cranking out future papers with speed and quality.

I have had a Brother label printer for the past 8 years and have loved it. I got a new one and again love it. It's easy to install and easy to use. My next one I would love for it to be wireless. That would make it perfect.

I bought this printer to replace my old Brother printer (still working but wanted the wireless feature). I couldn't be happier with this product. By the way, I also have a Brother 6 color embroidery machine, and a Brother Scan and Cut. I rely on the Brother embroidery machine for average 8-10 hours a day and really need to upgrade to a 9-11 color. BUT, my 6 color just keeps rocking on, and on, and on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so thankful that Influenster sent me the Brother Wireless Monochrome Laser Printer! It's a wonderful, much-needed addition to my office space. The print quality is amazing, and I'm impressed by its speed - it churns out documents in seconds. What's more, the toner efficiency is remarkable, meaning I won't have to replace cartridges as often as with my previous printer. The only downside was the initial connectivity. It took a while to get this process right. Although I typically breeze through setting up new electronics, I may have overlooked a simple step in this case. Once I figured it out, though, it was smooth sailing. Overall, it's an excellent printer!
