I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked. 5 |

I just got and am now testing this scanner. I had a little difficulty installing the software but eventually I was able to do that. I'm using Windows 10 and have older versions of the software on my computer I I was using an older Plustek scanner and that no longer works with Windows 10. I contacted technical support at Plustek and they were very helpful. They sent me quite a bit of info on how to install and run the new scanner and to update the software. The scanner is much better than my old one and this scanner will do multiple scans to improve the dynamic range and also it has an dust and scratch removal feature which works very well. I was blown away by how good it works. I'm still learning how to use the SilverFast software that came with the scanner but it appears to be really good. In my opinion, the price is very reasonable for what you get. 5 |

Just got my computer put together with this processor. Have not done extensive testing yet since I am still waiting for a GPU. However, this thing is fast for everything I have done so far. At this early stage, I am quite happy with the decision to go with the 5600X. 5 |

Make sure to actually use the usb output that matches the computer your are testing your mouse+keyboard with. I had the keyboard+mouse not working like some mentioned in other comments/reviews. I contacted the support team which helped me make it work correctly. It's silly but we never know what would have with lack of coffee :) . 5 |
