If you know how to use it, and when to use it, this microphone will make you save a lot of money on audio gear, when you are low on budget. Highly recommend! 5 |

I bought this as a replacement for an expensive bluetooth mic, and I was surprised by the high quality of this microphone. 5 |

If those within the Budget less than $1K ,this is One the Best MP Microphone comparing to my Schoeps , AKG and Sennheiser ( All MP in my studio ) . The difference is less than 10% to my own experience . Its one of the best for recording Outdoor for sound effects and other musical Instruments ( Different Branding of MP Microphone sound slightly different ) . I just love the NT55 MP as the rest of my High End MP microphones , I used for other application either in Stage or Studio recording . Just buy it and use it . Do Not need to compare price point and Branding . Worth Every cents that would last for years of usage with 10 years registered warranty . Highly Recommended ..............Kudos to Rode ........ 5 |

The AKG P120 has very good dynamic range for a budget microphone. Excellent for voice, and quite good for instrumentals (cello and guitar), too. I listened to every microphone in the $150-250 dollar range before making a decision, and this handily outperformed every other mic in this class. Very nice build quality, heavy and robust. 5 |

Purchase of this microphone saved my budget and schedule. I needed a great microphone but had not decided which audio interface to buy. In order to get things on their way equipmentwise, I decided to try this mic out. It turns out it helped me stop and decide on a newer/better featured, not yet released audio interface from the new and improver Behringer Co. Quality wise this mic presents incredible versatility and quality. Don't be fooled by some snobby pro industry jibberish, instead simply use your skills and imagination and just listen to the results. Given I purchased the Blue shockmount, plosive filter and a micstand combo with it and discovered I could even rout audio out from my DAW whilst listen to my voice through the mic's headphone out with zero latency.. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Quantum Stream Talk is a condenser microphone for streamers, gamers, and podcasters on a budget. It offers several features typically found in more expensive mics but with some trade-offs. Pros: Great audio quality for the price: The microphone captures clear audio with a wide frequency response, especially in cardioid mode (focused on a single voice). Easy to use: Plug-and-play functionality with basic controls on the microphone itself. Compact and portable: Small footprint and lightweight design make it easy to position and transport. Built-in shock mount: Helps reduce vibration noise for cleaner recordings. One-press mute button: Convenient for quickly silencing yourself. Affordable: Priced competitively compared to other USB microphones with similar features. Cons: Limited pickup patterns: Only offers cardioid and omnidirectional modes, lacking the flexibility of some competitors. Software required for advanced features: Windows-only JBL QuantumENGINE software needed for equalizer adjustments, noise reduction, and monitoring. Omnidirectional mode not ideal: Picks up too much background noise. No boom arm mount: Stand limits positioning options. Microphone placement can be sensitive: Slight movements can cause audio spikes. Overall: The JBL Quantum Stream Talk is a decent microphone for streaming, recording, and gaming needs. It delivers good audio quality for the price and is easy to use. However, the lack of advanced features, limited pickup patterns, and software requirements might hold back users seeking more control and flexibility. If you're on a budget and prioritize simplicity, it's a worthy option. But if you need more versatility or professional-grade audio, consider upgrading to a more feature-rich microphone. 5 |

Fantastic microphone. I've only been using the USB interface so far but even that sounds great. I would definitely recomend this mic for anyone on a budget. 5 |

I have been trying to find a binaural microphone that would be on budget for me and it had been a struggle for a while but after looking at reviews I settled to get this one. It is amazing, works like magic, and my videos are better just by having this microphone. My channel's name is Boricua ASMR , feel free to go listen to the quality of this amazing microphone and being able to get relaxed. 5 |

I was about to start a very low budget documentary project and almost didn't make this purchase, thinking I might be able to get away with the on-camera microphone on my Sony XH-A1s. Thank goodness I didn't. This microphone picked up excellent audio, even in crowded noisy environments and I now have tons of quality (and USABLE!) footage that I would not otherwise have been able to get. I used the microphone mounted on the camera which worked pretty well. Of course, if the camera (and therefore mic) isn't pointing at someone the audio quality isn't there (if it's there at all). If I can have a bigger crew next time, I'll definitely go with a boom pole. 5 |

If you're on a budget and in need of a dynamic microphone the Elgato Wave DX is the one to get. Other microphones in this price range either sound too broadcasty or too nasally. But, the Elgato sounds full and clear without adding coloration. 5 |
