This Mic sounds great and hands down in my opinion its the King of all Mic's when your on a budget. Sounds really good with the Universal Audio Solo 610 preamp. Best bang for the buck. Just get it !! You wont regret it. 5 |

After looking for a good dialogue mic on a budget I settled for the SCX-1. The mic delivers clear and rich dialogue and is especially good at picking up whispers and those quieter sounds that are essential to tight shots. The small profile of the mic makes it easy to squeeze into tight interior spaces which I've found especially handy. On top of all this it looks sleek and comes in a nice wooden carry case. Great value for money and wouldn't hesitate to use it on a full feature film. 5 |

If you’re on a budget this is a fine condenser mic. Build quality of the microphone feels nice and weighty. The included mount feels a little cheap, but it does the job. Sound quality is pretty good for the price. If you’re familiar with nice quality of other budget friendly Audio-Technical products, this fits in with those products. You get a good product for the money. 5 |
