Budget Mirrorless Camera India

This is my first mirrorless camera. I recently came from a Rebel SL2 that I really loved. I outgrew the camera and wanted something better. This camera was in my budget and it came with a great kit lens. It performs better than I could have expected and the accessory kit is great for just about all scenarios. I would highly recommend this camera. My photos have been better than ever before. 5 |

I recently got myself Z8 and tried various video modes and the card that i got with the camera (in india) was a lexar (128 G) .. it performed fine with rest of the things except Nikon N-RAW and also 4k 120, immdtly there was buffering and camera and card both heated up. I got this card and tried shooting video with the fullest quality settings both on n-RAW (60p) and 4k 120p i was surprised no buffering at all and as soon as i stopped the video the card access light turned off and it was writing data comfortably. i took multiple shots of around 25 seconds and no issues found as of now .. wil share more details hwen i try it for longfer periods. BTW 1TB card give a f8K 60P N-RAW foootage of around 23 minutes :-) 5 |

Mirrorless seems inevitable, but I still shoot a DSLR as I'm on a limited budget and D and some G series glass is cheap at this point, plus the longer battery life. It's an evolutionary upgrade over the 750; real advantages are a silent shooting mode and a much higher ISO capability. Interesting are 4K video and the ability to use LUT (Lookup Tables) to adjust color, but you need an external recorder for that. The shutter is rated for 200,000 cycles, more than the 750. The only losses are no built in flash and only third party battery grips. The 780 is a solid win in my book. 5 |

Cheap insurance for my camera. I take it and use it for humanitarian project evaluations for Rotary International and have taken it to India, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Belize, Chile, and locally. Camera still looks great! Controls are not compromised with the cover on. 5 |

I'm going to India in January and I'm so glad that I bought this. It feels like a quality product in every way ~ a solid, unshakeable, camera platform ~ great features and ideal for travel. 5 |

For my recent third trip to India in 3 years (with Olympus photographer John Isaac) , I wanted two lightweight cameras, and I already owned the E420, so the Pen E-PL1 was the perfect second camera. Not ordering the viewfinder was a mistake, as I couldn't see the LCD when the sun shone on it. Fortunately, another traveler loaned me his viewfinder most of the time, and I have since purchased my own. I specialize in lightweight packing, and this 3-week trip required clothing for both cold and hot weather. I checked only one bag weighing 25 lbs, and carried only my 13 notebook computer and my VERY lightweight camera bag. Volume and weight are important to me, so the Pen was perfect for this trip. A few years ago, my little SP350, which shot RAW, was stolen; this little camera more than replaces it and I carry it everywhere, even when I run! 5 |

I used the bag on a recent travel photo trip in India. It's the right size to carry a DSLR camera body and a lens, flash and extras. Room for a water bottle as well. Sling style is comfortable to wear for long periods. 5 |
