This is a great design - it can hold Acoustics and Electric guitars with little chance of them accidentally banging together. 5 |

I have always used 10's on all my electric guitars. After watching a YouTube video that compared the tone of different gauge strings, I decided to switch to lighter strings. I'm really surprised that these don't feel too light for me. They have a clearer tone than the D'Addario 10's I was using. 5 |

Small Office, Several large acoustic guitars, several electric guitars. This stand handles the lot where others would only handle so many of the acoustics. The split top part seemed strange at first but now that I've gotten used to it I like it. I can tilt the guitars nicely in either direction with this feature. I didn't know that was important until I had that option. It feels solid, like it will last well. This feels like a good use of my money!!!! 5 |

i have bought many guitars both acoustic and electric, but this one the jemjr. is definitly my favorite by far!!! it is a beautiful guitar and plays like a dream!! the pickups are amazing, their sound quality is excellent and arangement is perfect!! it has a select blade switch with five positions to choose from!! And a floyd rose bridge (Ibanez) of course! WOW!! What a fine guitar!! I am jamming night and day!! Thanks Steve!!! 5 |

Reviewing Plustek in general. I own and use the OpticBook A300 Plus (scans up to 12x17, drivers avail for Windows only ATM) and uniquely to Plustek, they scan extremely close to the edge (a few mm), so they are especially suited to book scanning. Other book scanning options such as a scanner/camera mounted on a stand taking photos of an open book, and then re-straightening the images in software look like a bogus approach if you want quality. Stick to Plustek or similar book-specific flatbed scanners. The software Plustek provides is basic. I recommend using 3rd party software (extra cost, sure) - for ex. VueScan (Windows or Mac) supports most/all of the Plustek scanners (after you install Plustek's own drivers) for scanning. And once a book is scanned to images, use something like ABBYY FineReader PDF for OCR/conversion to PDF, Word docx and other formats. You can even make your own ePub's using a process such as VueScan (Mac or Windows) - FineReader PDF OCR (Mac or Windows) - Export to docx - Import docx to Vellum (Mac only) - lots of manual tweaking - Export to ePub. 5 |

I purchased this product as an alternative to the Epson Enhanced Matte paper that I was used to using. I was building a portfolio book and the pages would hold prints back to back, but since this is double-sided, I thought I'd give it a try and cut down on the amount of paper in the book. As long as you get the paper profiles, this stuff works great! It has a nice, smooth texture and the blacks are very rich and velvety on my Epson Photo 1400. And it's less money than the Epson counterparts. If you're looking for a replacement for your previous heavyweight matte papers, you can't go wrong with Moab. They've got a great lineup. Cheers. 5 |
