I found the SkyGuider Pro to be a sturdy-built apparatus. It makes polar alignment fun and accurate. It comes with all the features necessary to get great 2-3 minute exposures with DSLR. It also has an ST-4 port when I am ready to expand to a small telescope and autoguiding. I ordered the optional ball-head mount, which allows me to point my camera in any direction. The SkyGuider Pro has very accurate tracking. This is an excellent investment and a great addition to my astrophotography options. 5 |

I use a large mixing bowl, filled with filtered water. I use the microwave to warm the water, 2-3 minutes, and mix about half the powder. Repeat for the remaining powder. Let it cool over night. 5 |
