Setup was a snap. Scans to PDF were easy to do and accurate. The included business card reader/cataloguer was a bonus.

I have used this scanner, and its nearly identical predecessor DR-4010C for nearly 20 years. It is heavy duty and reliable, with no issues or problems. After closing my law office, I scanned and converted several hundred boxes of client files to PDF computer files, before shredding all the paper. This scanner easily processed everything, and more, and continues to work well. I quickly scan whole books to PDF computer files, before converting them to text with OCR software, so the computer can read them using text-to-speech software. It just keeps on working as it should. This is the singularly best piece of office equipment I ever purchased. There is good reason Canon still makes this model with no apparent changes. You bet, I would buy it again. Sidebar Observation - I enjoy using this scanner with Canon's new I.R.I.S. PDF and OCR program, which works well and is well worth its comparatively low price. I have used most of the other major OCR and PDF programs, including, but not limited to, PaperPort, OmniPage, TextBridge, ABBYY OCR, Foxit PDF, Adobe Acrobat, Nitro PDF, and several others programs, and Canon's I.R.I.S. application is my current favorite. This is the third generation of the Mac mini that I have used in my design and printing business. Apple packs a lot of computing power into a small package. It’s great to be able to re-use keyboards and monitors. Set-up is easy if you are familiar with the Mac environment. Performance is noticeably quicker than my older machines. Unfortunately, the basic operating system has expanded to include everything from grocery lists to cloud storage to location snooping. I don’t need any of these services and it took some time to turn them off and stop annoying messages. Apple should also remove Mail and Safari from the OS so they can be updated independently.

I use my Yeti for work on Microsoft Lync/ Skype for Business and this thing sits nearly 2 feet away from me next to my monitors and I am told that my audio comes through almost as if I was in the room with the listener. 5 Stars al of the way.. Super easy set up and a no brainer for anyone who wants a hands free and unobtrusive device while taking calls, recording audio, etc...

I've been using Microsoft Surface laptops for personal and business use for years, and I've got no complaints. I like my hardware and software to be made by the same company so there's less bloatware. I don't use the laptop to game, edit videos, or anything intensive. (Unless you count having multiple tabs of Google Chrome open.) The machine runs smoothly. No complaints there. The angular metal exterior looks and feels great. It says professional without being as boxy as a ThinkPad.

I can't say enough how happy I am am with my "strap." I am using it on a Microsoft Surface Pro. Being in the contracting business, this strap lets me be more productive in the field. I don't need to lug 15 lbs. of drawings around when I could take my tablet with me into the field and check drawings, take notes, etc.. I just wish that Otter Box would make a protective case for the Surface Pro.
