This is one of the best Headset that Logitech has created. B&H had this headset on sale and I just had to buy them. I am glad I did and I like the sound quality and the mic is very responsive. You cannot go wrong if you are a game like me.

when nothing else works choose the mic sock that was designed for your headset mic!!!!

It was several months ago that I ordered the stereo headset, which was not available at the time. I was contacted to let me know that it was back-ordered and it would be sent as soon as it arrived. Yes there were a few months before it arrived at your business. but I was contacted so I would know when it should arrive, as well as contacted again after it arrived, and also as soon as it was sent. My communications with B&H were very accommodating during the wait time and very thoughtful and straightforward. You never left me hanging' wondering if I would ever get them. This company is a nice one, and the headset seems to work well so far. I bought a warranty just in case, and I know this business will honor it. We had a mix up when I ordered, and I'm not blaming them. They addressed it immediately at no extra expense to me. That shows a good business to me. Thank you so much!

I don't have much experice with Mic's but I know many marketing people that have a very hard time finding a good mic for recording business oriented content. If you don't have a dedicated studio, you better have a great Mic or your recordings are going to sound like they were done in the shower, or just sub-standard. That is not acceptable for professional business content. The good people in B&H highly recommended this mic. I did my first recording right out of the box and it was fantastic! This is one powerful and high quality Mic. If you want to put some professional content together out of a professional audio environment, don't think twice about it, this is the product you need! I also recommend getting a good recording software. They are a few on the internet for FREE! I used Wavepad and it was outstanding!
