If you lose the spotlight password, the instructions do not tell you how to reset the password

I received a free sample of this printer to review in exchange for my honest review. The printer is substantial and I appreciate that it will scan and print in both the 8 1/2 x 11 size and 8 1/2 x 14 (legal) size paper. This would be especially beneficial for a real estate or law business. It was pretty easy to prepare for the initial set up and was packaged well with many pieces of security tape, etc. The instructions to set up the Wi-Fi feature were comprehensive and easy to follow, as were the instructions to download the app on both an IOS and Android device (I had to set up both). My overall impression is that it is a quality printer and I would recommend it for both home office or small business use.

I received this little powerhouse as a free gift with an order. The first time I turned it on I was looking at the business end. Big mistake. This is one of the brightest flashlights I have ever seen. Pink spots everywhere. Thank you for this big little light. I will use it all the time. Easy to carry on a keychain.

After using this scanner for a couple weeks I can say it is excellent for any home office or business. It makes scanning documents, receipts, business cards and other loose documents a snap. The scanner includes software to convert documents to editable/searchable documents. So far my experience with this feature is that it works pretty well and the OCR works as good or better than others out there. For receipts, in particular, I like it because it can identify dates, amounts and other key pieces of information so making it easier to categorize and process/save them in my accounting software. Overall, it works very well, is very easy to use, and is perfect for certain kinds of scanning. Initial set-up was mostly trouble-free. The scanner has a battery so it can be used without a nearby electrical connection once charged up, which takes about an hour initially. It can be charged through a USB 2 or 3 port, but the whole beauty of this thing is that it connects to your wireless network so that it can be located anywhere within range of the network. Once you get this document scanner set up and running, it works great. And, if you're like me, you have lots and lots of paper documents taking up lots and lots of room. Once you've converted them to data files, you can shred the paper files and turn them into confetti. I am in love with this Wireless Document Scanner. So I do a lot of research when purchasing a piece of equipment for my small photography business. This was another free item that came with the purchase of my full frame. Pretty cool that they include a nice size camera bag.

Back in the 60's they used to give these out for free at camera stores if you did business with them. Could not find mine after all these years so had to order one online. B&H had one for a low price, came pretty fast in the mail. Good little product. Use it for fast little looky-loos at my slides.
