This hard drive replaced my 256 GB SSD, of the same make but an older drive. Boot times on the computer are about 4 seconds on, 4 seconds off, so fast my work computer (that also has an SSD) doesn't even get to the Bitlocker password before this one is fully on. 2 TB of storage is a great amount for photo storage (heavy camera user here) and light gaming, couldn't be happier with this drive! 5 |

Every computer should come with these solid state drives these days. I already had a 500 GB installed, now I added this drive just for my photography files. I recently got a SanDisk 1TB SSD (Solid State Drive) and used a drive cloning device to clone my old 1TB Hard Disk Drive (HDD) to the new SSD. It works wonders in my 15 year old computer! It really speeds up drive-related activities, perhaps as much as 3 or 4 times faster. I think my old HP laptop computer is either a SATA or SATA II type, so I suspect those with a SATA III system would see even better speed results when going from a HDD to a SSD. Gotta love it! 5 |

This is an extremely reliable and easy to use Solid State Drive. Once initialized it's easy to clone form a Hard Disk Drive to this unit. Take out the old drive, insert this drive, and put your seat belt on. 5 |
