I had debated whether to go for the refurbished instead of new but decided it was worth it to save almost $300. The fact it was Nikon Refurbished and therefore has a Nikon Warranty means the extra warranty protection from my credit card should also apply. Well I got my camera and except for the fact that it wasn't in the pretty gold box, it looks jut like new - My first picture was shutter activation #1! I am very happy about my purchase and am having fun learning about all of the new features compared to my old D90. I took a group picture at my Rotary Club meeting using the Nikon SnapBridge and was even able to adjust the exposure to compensate for backlighting. 5 |

The factory caps work just as good but if you want to flex, buy one! Also, locks in place with the lens release mechanism so it doesn't fall off like the plastic ones. Looks great also!! 5 |
