Because I cannot purchase Kirk gear in Aus, especially from where I live in remote, Central Queensland, I decided to try B&H. Much to my pleasure, the whole deal was excellent. B&H dispatched the goods immediately and they arrived in Aus within 4 days. The fact they took 2 weeks from Sydney to my place, is but a small price to pay for living where I live. Thanks B&H for such efficient service. The lens foot is everything I hoped for. I will be back to B&H without hesitation, when the need arises. I did something stupid and crashed the Mavic 3 Pro into a tree. It still flew but two of the props were shredded and the camera gimble was busted. With the contract, total cost to get a replacement was $159. It came in a shrink-wrapped box and looks new. If it is refurbished, you can't tell. The longest part of the process was the slow shipping to DJI in Texas with the label they provided, which took almost a week. Return service was only two days.

My original purchase, the backdrop was snagged and the cover case shredded within 2 uses. This company has great customer service. They reached out to me, replaced my backdrop sleeve and storage case.

Two of these survived a shipment that left both boxes bent, torn and shredded on the corners, with only minor scratches. Very tough! Also the stand bases are much lower profile than most, so they get kicked less in use.

Much better than the pleather earpads that came on my MDR-7506. Replaced those a few times after they shredded. These are much more comfortable and don't get sweaty on long sessions.
