Buy Underwater Camera Bali

I bought this camera for an upcoming trip to Bali. I own a Lumix point and shoot camera that I use often but have been wanting to invest in a DSLR to expand my creativity with photography. I selected the Pentax K-x because of it's ease of use, HD video capabilities (not usually found in a camera in this price range) for it's quick shutter speed at 4.7 fps, and for it's super fast auto focus. I am very impressed with the K-x's performance and overall picture quality. It is a well built, compact and especially comfortable to hold and use. I bought the white version and get positive remarks about how unique looking it is. I have taken photography to a new level with this camera and am enjoying the fantastic pictures I have been able to capture. Images are sharp and well focused even in low-light conditions. It's a terrific price for the amount of quality and features packed into it's modest size. The camera takes 4 alkaline, lithium or rechargeable AA batteries which make it slightly heavier than it's competition, but it's trim profile more than makes-up for it's weight. I'm very pleased with my choice and the Pentax brand.

I took shots at dark. The camera saw what I could not. It is going to be quite useful in my underwater adventures.

I was happy with the out of box X3 underwater video. I didn't buy it for this purpose, and it was a bonus to get decent video. During editing I could envision how much better the video would be with seamless underwater stitching. The dive case surpassed my expectations. The stitching is near-perfect and overall it is a severe improvement in video quality.
