Buying A Computer Monitor With Vesa

I have been using this monitor for almost a year now and haven't had a single issue. For context I have gone through 6 monitors and non of them were Asus. Every monitor I bought before cheep or expensive had issues that made them unusable. I was hesitant at first to buy the VG27AQ because of some bad reviews but after only buying monitors with better reviews and recommendations I decide to try it out and it was perfect. I use my computer for a lot of different things including video/photo editing, gaming, cad, YouTube and this monitor can do it all. Having 1440p was perfect for 27 inches and 165hz instead of 240hz was perfect since my computer couldn't maintain 240hz at 1440p on pervious monitors. I don't know why I was so skeptical of Asus when choosing my monitor, given that the first computer I built comprised of all Asus parts excluding the ssd and chassis. I feel like they get bad credit especially in reviews but I think it's just because they have so many products and the demand is so high. The best thing about this monitor is that it put my full confidence in Asus and I am planning on buying an Asus laptop with the same screen spec to pair up with my AMAZING monitor! Thank you Asus, you have made your place in my heart. P.S. If anyone was wondering what laptop I am referring to it's the new ROG Zephyrus G15 Ultra Slim rtx3080 and specifically moonlight white because OMG it looks so good!

Very simple well made VESA Mount for my ThinkCentre Tiny computer. Excellent design & very cost effective. Would buy more in a heartbeat.

I have these on my computer desk and the sub near by. It is really fantastic imaging and sound. It is worth using the MA1 mic and the Neumann software to EQ your monitors. The software takes a little bit to work through, but you only need to do it once. Fortunately, I had a metric tape measure. It only reports distances in cm. I used the Genelec 8000-437B VESA Adapter and some short desktop VESA monitor mounts. It mounts on the KH80 perfectly. These guys can get pretty loud, especially for near-field listening. I set the maximum volume (in Roon) to -24 dB and comfort to -30 dB. The automatic standby is a bit temperamental. I find they come out of standby every now and then, but it's only noticable from the front light.

Solidly built. Don't need to worry about my equipment falling off. Using it on a VESA mount monitor pole to hold a mirrorless camera and light setup.

I needed to mount a monitor on a light stand for my sitting/ standing desk setup at home and this impact vesa mount was inexpensive and perfect for this! And yes, it comes with the 4 vesa mounting screws. Works fine at home without sand bags and sure it would work the same on set.

Best Vesa mount for large monitors. Solid design, but overall it is big so don’t try to use it with small monitors. I’m using it with a 23” monitor but it can support much much larger. I went with this 5/8” receiver type instead of the ones that use a ball head because my monitor would sag. With a 5/8” pin i’m using a grip ehad on a CStand and it is rock solid.

This is the same base as single-monitor mainmast (which I also happen to have), but with additional bracketing for dual VESA setup. Heavy base means it doesn't need to be clamped down like monitor arms. I have actually assembled it with a laptop holder in one arm and a 24'' panel in the other - it really helps to save space on a small desk. Personally can't be any more pleased.

Very good to use with a 24 HD Monitor. The build in sunhood is really a nice tool. Quality is very good and robust. The small weight is an advantage. For air shipping I would recommend to put it in an bigger heavy duty case, but for the normal day to day production its really perfect! To put it on a stand you have to use the Vesa mount with an adapter to baby pin or so and some kind of outrigger like the Heavy duty Baby Side Arm. The case opens at the back side a bit under the Vesa Mount so some grip toys are needed.

I'd like to add that I had no issue attaching the impact vesa mount to baby pin adapter to get the monitor on to light stand.
