Most of us have owned some type of keychain flashlight throughout our lives. Usually they are not overpowering by any means. The second problem is, they usually take some small overpriced lithium battery you won’t replace. Now it just sits in a junk drawer collecting dust. Not this light! I am very impressed with this light. It will light up your entire front seat of a car. Also light up a small room. But best of all it’s rechargeable. No battery replacement needed for any point in the near future. Just recharge and go. Very nice light with a great rechargeable feature

Coast “AA” Rechargeable Batteries 4 Pack, Model #30982 is a GREAT set of batteries. These batteries each have a built-in Type C charging port, and the 4 lead Type C charging cable is included with the batteries. The nice feature of this charging cable is that the input side has a standard USB Type A along with a Type C conversion adapter so it can be used with literally any traditional cell/smartphone as the charging power source. As a result of this unique charging cable, you now no longer have to carry/use a bulky charger base to recharge the batteries. I really like the fact that each battery has its own LED (Light Emitting Diode) indicator charge light (red while charging and green when completely charged) and each rechargeable battery has the Coast overcharge/discharge protection circuit to protect the operating of life the battery. Depending on the charge that remains in the battery when it is recharged will determine how quickly the battery recharges to maximum strength, usually in a half to one hour time period. The rechargeable battery size is the same dimensions when compared the same size non-rechargeable battery, so they fit and work great in flashlights, radios, etc. where you have used traditional, non-rechargeable batteries. I really like the fact these batteries are corrosion resistant as I have ruined some flashlights in the past with traditional leaky batteries when they die. These batteries are an excellent choice to use in order to be environmentally responsible compared to the traditional throw away batteries! According to Coast, these batteries can be recharged up to 1,000 times so I am very impressed. This represents true cost savings when compared to buying traditional non-rechargeable batteries. I am a true believer in the performance of these Coast rechargeable batteries!

I purchased this battery pack to replace an other one that used a rechargeable internal camera type of battery that would no longer hold a charge. To replace the battery was more than this unit cost. Love the fact this pack uses good old fashion AA batteries. Works perfect for my needs.

I'm very satisfied with the APC RBC#33 battery pack purchased from B&H. I had previously tried a less-powerful aftermarket Duracell unit from Batteries+Bulbs but ended up returning it after I found the actual OEM part for $20 cheaper at B&H AND the option to add a SquareTrade 3-year warranty for $9.99. I ordered 2 more as a result and brought new life back into my APC UPS units that safeguard my digital assets.

Great light but getting the rechargeable battery will make you use it so much more often.

This battery is everything I would expect out of a quality rechargeable battery.
