Okay so I took my new toy to Costa Rica for two weeks just after receiving it, thinking that I might use it 50% of the time at best. Well as it turns out, I took roughly 90% of my shots with that lens mounted on my Pentax K70 and the performance was stellar. Smooth focus ring, fast enough for the dark rainforest, sharp as a tack and buttery smooth bokeh. A wide angle IRIX lens is next. 5 |

Bought a pair for night macro photography of small critters in Costa Rica. Simple interface, good light, long lasting battery. I got about 3 hours use on a full charge. Solid build too and I didn't have to worry about the rain. 5 |

I took this belt system with me to Costa Rica for a 10 day tour. I have a Nikon D4 s and my lens are: 70-200 2.8 and 150-600. These are heavy and the belt worked great. Female hips are designed to carry weight and is where are center of gravity is located. I have used the Rapid strap and yes it’s fast for sports and things but is kills my neck and the camera moves all over when bending down. 5 |

I lost the original one on a beach in Costa Rica, so I had to replace it. One wishes one could buy a third-party version, but Sony doesn't rate such things right now. In the meantime, I'm happy I can at least get a factory one. 5 |
