Cable Portable Solar Charger To 12V Battery

The Watson charger works with any brand battery and the included 12v charger is a big plus. The ability to check on the condition of the battery, even without the charger being plugged in allows those with multiple batteries to avoid grabbing a dead (or near dead) battery into the camera. The quality and build of the charger is phonemail and the ability to charge cell phone or other device via USB is huge.

I tried charging my Olympus Battery using AC, and it was a snap. The Charger has a wall plug, an Auto 12V charger and a European Adapter Plug. It's a great product with a fair price.

I'm using this to power my Sony A7s with a USB charger battery that outputs 9V and 12V along with the regular 5V for USB plugs. It works great and allows me to run the camera for hours on a battery that costs as much as one camera battery.

Using this cable attached to aSmallRig DV 12v Battery Plate usingNP-F970 and my A7S powers all day on a single battery. The camera will show the power going down however when you turn the camera off and then back on the percentage will go back up.

By providing +7.4V and +12V, the IndiPRO battery can supply external power to many types of cameras (my camera and connector details below). It also has a +5V USB power port that could power my cell phone for over a month, and a trail camera for more than a year. Recharge time is several hours (from zero to four LEDs lit). Time lapse recording time with the BMPCC4K is as good as I'd hoped ... Recording at 1 and 2.4 fps, the camera runs for 4 1/2 hours (some of this is supplied by the camera's internal battery). Shooting at one frame every five seconds, the camera runs for 5 1/2 hours and the external battery still shows 1 or 2 (out 4) LEDs lit. BMPCC4K time lapse video powered by the IndiPRO battery... Aug 4, 2020 - Isaias Blows into New England https://youtu.be/DTXIpUqVxOk I bought a +12V power cable for the BMPCC4K that plugs into the IndiPRO battery. The cable has a BMPCC4K power connector at one end and a male 5.5/2.5mm at the other end. The packaging bag for this cable is labeled TA-T01-DC-PC BMPCC4K. Connectors at both ends fit properly snugly. I also bought a dummy battery to run my Canon SL3 (Juicebox LP-E17 Style Power Coupler Dummy Battery for Canon Cameras). The +7.4V battery connector plug and socket are more like 5.5/2.0 mm -- and for this reason, the dummy battery won't plug into the +12V connector socket -- so no worries about frying my SL3. The IndiPRO battery is small and lightweight. It could be attached to a camera cage. I usually bungee-cord wrap the battery to a tripod leg. I am very happy with this battery and highly recommend it.

Excellent compact solar charger. Very light weight and portable. When paired with the 220 bifacial panel it's a pretty tough to beat for it's size. Excellent camping buddy.

It's a batery charger and it seems to work as designed. Nice to get a 12v adaptor with it.

Traveled first year with our RV all the way from Virginia to Colorado…. Boon dock a couple of places and it was darn hot!! No power. We had our portable fan as to minimize RV battery but just could not cool it enough. I have added and upgraded our RV battery since last year. In addition I purchased the ecoflow pro, ecoflow pro extra battery, ecoflow portable generator, and also the ecoflow 400W solar panel. I have tested it out and so far it works pretty darn good. Granted it will provide only 6 hours to power essentials and running one of 2 15k BTU AC. Of course I had to add softstart to the RV AC (very easy install). I plan on buying additional extra battery from ecoflow and of course double capacity to the RV batteries as well. Anyway for a beginner RV’er this solved my problems for cooling without excessive manipulation to the RV power system. I just used the 30A converter to 50 A directly to RV power input…and will power on for at least 6 hrs without the 400w solar and portable generator (haven’t tested generator yet) connected. We will see how it goes this year but so far I am very happy with our ecoflow system. Side note I build solar panel holder with pvc wood as it is light, flexible, and easily transported in RV…set it up so it will take less than 5 min to set up.
