I have tried reversing rings on manual bodies in the past and while they are cost effective, they are inconvenient to use since you have to calculate the exposure manually. This extension tube is simple to use but brings the photo so much closer, which is great not only for insects, praying mantids, etc., but for getting closeups of childrens' faces.
