I used to work with the MGIV paper for years and never had an issue with it. My school started using the MGRC paper last spring and I had so many issues with it. Doing the standard 90 seconds I did not have clear, bright whites, no deep blacks, and it appeared to have a warm, muddy tone to it. My students had to push the development time close to five minutes with the standard 1:9 ratio with the sprint chemistry. I messed around with the dilution ratios and found that the 1.5:8.5 ratio sped up the process to the normal 90 second development time. It was very frustrating at first but once I found the proper ratio I got the same tonal range as I did with the MGIV and the prints are beautiful!

My pictures aspect ratio is 1.5, and I don't like cropping them, so this is one of the very few options available - not sure why the odd size is displayed as a con, since to me that's the plus. They're super light, perfect for wall displays. The glass quality is not that great, so you gotta give some consideration to where to place them with respect to the lighting so that you can actually see the pictures. I like the simplistic design, it's all about the picture with these. At this price, I have to give them 5 stars.

My first camcorder---made a good choice. The zoom lever and start/stop button are not in the best place for my hand, but not really a problem. I was really impressed with the face recognition when I set it for my 21 y.o. son. Out of about 20 framed photos on a dresser in my house, it picked his face out in a photo when he was in 4th grade.

I like Ilford's products when it comes to film and developing chemicals. At first I had issues trying to calculate how much powder to use to make the amount I need to use for developing ( so I could maximize the shelf life)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not the ink's fault it ran out way too soon! I didn't calculate the "small" amount of printing our 2 person household actually prints! But works fine in my HP printer, all the way to the last drop!

I wasn't sure if this was going to work well or not but I find it does make it easier to calculate the lighting in my studio. It's very easy to read and use. Helps with realizing the light needed and helps us understand the quality of light. Overall good product that I would recommend if you're thinking about it.

Purchased to use with the C70 - works great and the C70 is able to calculate the record time left. Record time much better than a standard Canon BP-A30 battery more like a Canon BP-A60 battery. The D-Tap works great for an Atomos Ninja V or an Osee T7. Only 2 I tested so far. No issues recharging in the standard Canon BP-A battery charger that came with the C70 - Yes a little long in the back side, but fantastic on a shoulder rig or tripod setup.
