Calculate Lost Sales Due Stock Outs

I was looking for something to help me in my travel photography. I called B&H and spoke with the sales department. He found outs which tripod I was using and then he suggested the Q2 L Bracket. I have used it to my complete satisfaction and am very pleased with the purchase, as I have been with all of my dealings with B&H.

i lost my cap while I was in NYC. Luckily B&H was right there and had one in stock.

I bought this a few weeks ago and am still learning the operating ins and outs! Due to some medical issues, along with remote motorcycle riding, it appealed to me in that I can keep in contact with my family when out and about in areas without cell phone coverage.

Tested and seems to work. Quick shipping and well packed, too. Best way to keep a computer from lost power during rolling brown-outs and black-outs!

Works as it should. I had lost my old power cable and had to buy a new one unfortunately. Luckily B&H had it in stock.

As always, sales transaction went flawlessly. They had plenty of these items in stock whereas most other retailers had zero stock. Shipping was fast. Product arrived in perfect condition. Will buy from B&H again at next opportunity.

This is OEM for my ThinkPad. Verifying this on Lenovo's website is quite a challenge. Lenovo was out-of-stock and their sales rep tried to sell me a 45W charger that I later verified is also compatible = and less $. I originally purchased a charger on Amazon that the vendor claimed was compatible. After using it for a few weeks, the screen started flashing wildly and the unit stopped charging. Hopefully I didn't damage my computer. Lesson Learned - Verify that you're purchasing the correct charger :)
