Calculate Stock Expected Return

Looked like a high quality item I had to return it because it was smaller than I expected...

I bought an ink cartridge. It took a little longer to get to me than expected but the return package for the old cartridge was great.

Considering the cost of this and that I have been buying the little 25 dollar ones for so many years, I expected to return it after trying it. Went back and forth trying to decide if the cost could really be worth it....I'm very happy I did as this is absolutely worth the money spent. I fully expect to never need another headlamp the rest of my life...unless I lose it.

Worked as expected after return of first received. All products have some quality control problems as this one did. BH Photo was excellent in their handling of my return and reshipment of a new product. All cost free. All but one other review rated this as very good. They had a similar problem to my own.

Perfect fit. Quick and easy to install. Return/recycle was easier than I expected with the prepaid UPS shipping label.

The hard drive was great as expected but, B&H is the real winner. Their shipping is great and their return policy is fabulous. I buy a lot from these guys because that have been wonderful to deal with. Thanks B&H!

Toner works as expected. Is easy to install. Return for recycling is kind of annoying as no UPS store easily accessible to drop off. Wish there was a USPS free return option.

Battery works as expected. I am impressed with the quick, cheap shipping, and the option to return your old battery at no charge.

The battery was received well ahead of when I expected it. The process of ordering was simple, and I was able to "think green" because the box was used to return the old battery to be recycled, at no cost to me! Great job, good battery. APC gets an A+
