Call Apple Computer Store

The computer already comes ready to use, do not need to take an authorized Apple service store

There was some confusion on my part activating my new iPad so I called Apple support and though the tech was very earnest, she couldn't solve my trouble. After a long time on the call, she passed me to a senior tech who brusquely said the iPad was defective and send it back to the seller (!?). I did get an appointment to visit Apple store to see genius for the following day. The next morning I decide to call Apple support one more time. That tech knew exactly what the problem was and had the iPad activated in minutes. He also sent me some links to user guides for the iPad. So an hour trip to the Apple store wasn't needed after all.

For a reasonable fee, the care package lets you call Apple whenever you have questions about your computer. I've even called before about how to use a software package and the reps were very thorough and knowledgeable. With a Mac, problems are fewer, I've found, than with a Windows machine, but it's always nice to know there's someone on the phone to help (without racking up fees) when you need or want it.

If you are buying a Mac computer, Apple Care is a must. Your computer will be covered for 3 years and help is just a phone call away when you're in need of assistance. B & H offers the best price for Apple Care. If purchased through Apple, it can cost up to $250 per computer. For some reason, B & H can beat that....

If you are new to Mac the Apple Care alone for the time you own is is worth it. Just being able to call and have them remote in to your computer is very cool.

If I have had any problems or questions with my Apple Computer help is just a phone call away. The Apple representatives have been courteous and informative. I never feel foolish about any questions that I might have. I highly recommend the Applecare Protection Plan.

i have always bought applecare for all my apple computers, and for one reason or another, have always needed it, unfortunately. even though it's expensive insurance upfront, it has always paid for itself. plus, it offers peace-of-mind cuz i can call apple at any time with any problem and not worry about paying for each call. this is great for problems like the computer crashing and, for some reason, my not being able to reboot it. or if there is a very serious problem that would be expensive to fix, applecare takes care of it. whatever it is, applecare covers the gamut. also, i have found apple's customer service to be very helpful and knowledgeable. the only bummer is the upfront cost for the service and that it only covers the computer for 3 years total.

I bought an iMac as a gift for my daughter. B&H offered a better price than the official Apple store. The computer was delivered in 1 day. It was my first purchase from this store and definitely not the last. Recommend.
