A well-priced unit. Set up instructions are not thorough and required a call to Denon customer service. Customer service was excellent and guided me through the set-up. The sound options including upscaled ATMOS is excellent. I would buy it again.

call Pelican customer service in Torrance, Ca. if your don't already have the catalogue; they are very helpful at finding the correct size case for your gear. For valuable photo equipment being carried in a harsh environment, i.e. aboard a sailboat at sea, the Pelican case provides absolute 100% protection. Your gear will be safe from any knocks or drops, and the water-tight lid latches- down almost as securely as a submarine's hatch. There are two steel-reinforced attachment points for small padlocks, and I would recommend ordering from the Pelican the custom-made nameplate which you can superglue under the handle.

After talking with Carmen customer service for an hour everything is up and running now you will have to call your Internet provider to get connected

Upon completion of set up (small office network) - it works perfectly- I did have to call customer service to help complete set up of the scan to email feature, but otherwise- great machine for the price

I bought Eckla and had tire tube defect and had call customer service and they had contact Eckla and had and week later send me another wheel with tire very good Servive Thank you

Needed to call customer service for help with settings but works perfectly once customer service walked me through set up. It would be nice if the thunderbolt cable was longer than 5”. This appears to be the only product on the market to allow 2 external monitors to work with the MacBook Air M2. Highly recommend.

I had bought a PX250 where the buttons stopped working correctly. One call to Coast customer service and I was filing for a free replacement no questions asked. The new one I was sent is perfect for work around the shop. I will always buy Coast lights knowing their general durability and warranty.

It arrived on time and I am loving their service! This sd reader allows me to look at my photos directly from the card I took them on and makes everything easier.
